Urgent Requirement for BRANCH MANAGER’S
ALL UP BIHAR & JHARKHAND

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Multiple branch. As a Branch Manager at Jobcalls, you will oversee all branch operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure that our branch meets its financial objectives. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the local market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees to achieve branch goals.
    • Set clear objectives and monitor performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring that the branch operates efficiently and effectively.
    • Implement company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and optimize branch performance.
    • Manage branch financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Drive sales initiatives to grow the branch’s client base and revenue.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain positive relationships.
  • Branch Growth & Strategy:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch growth and profitability targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of branch operations, financial management, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
