We are looking for someone with extensive understanding of Non Motor products & business. Candidate who is currently managing corporate broking business / large relationships will be preferable for the role.
Preference will be for candidate based out of Delhi, having techno marketing experience in non life industry, some one who has handled corporate or SME broking with string understanding on Commercial line of business.
- Driving the team and setting clear targets to ensure recruitment, training and development of brokers & for closure of business pendency’s or outstanding transactions
- Support execution of geographic-specific growth plans for the organization.
- Managing all Prime Brokers as a central SPOC for Health and Commercial line of business.
- Strong understanding on non motor business, Ability to lead and mentor a winning team and create second in line.
- Driving the team and setting clear targets to ensure recruitment training and development of agents.
- Cascading and monitoring the channel’s strategy and key focus areas for the achievement of set goals.
- Renewal Ratio: Ensuring budgeted renewal ratio to be achieved.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with the U/W, Claims and other functions independently.
- Develop new partners and expand business with existing and new partner and ensure a high level of partners relationship management.
- Ownership of P&L
- Market Study & Intelligence Gathering.
