Hr Recruiter and Trainee Both are (On Role) in Galaxy Resource Private Limited.

Job Responsibility –

1. Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates.
2. Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates’ qualifications.
3. Managing the Hiring Process: Coordinating interviews with hiring managers, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
4. Building Relationships: Maintaining communication with candidates and building a pipeline of potential hires for future job openings.
5. Ensuring Legal Compliance: Adhering to all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring and employment practices.
6. Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Working closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
7. Maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Keeping track of all candidate interactions and managing the hiring process efficiently.
8. Contributing to HR Projects: Participating in various HR initiatives and projects as needed

Desired Profile –

1. Candidate must be graduate

2. Min. 0-1 yr Exp into HR or Fresher can also apply

3. Good knowledge of recruitment and documentation

4. Decent communication skills

5. Presentable and confident
