We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing & Space Selling Executive to join our team in the Exhibition Industry. The Marketing and Space Selling Executive will be responsible for selling exhibition space to prospective exhibitors, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of the exhibition industry.
- Generate leads and identify potential exhibitors interested in participating in exhibitions.
- Contact potential exhibitors through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Present exhibition space options, benefits, and pricing to potential exhibitors.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand exhibitors’ requirements and tailor offerings accordingly.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with exhibitors, ensuring terms and conditions are met.
- sell exhibition space and secure sponsorship across identified sectors.
- Develop and maintain a strong client database, ensuring all information is kept up to date and confidential.
- Identify potential clients through market research and personal networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the exhibition industry.
- Proven track record of selling exhibition space and securing sponsorship
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Passion for the exhibition industry and a desire to stay updated on market trends.
